Shipping and fulfillment

Orders and packaging are all done in-house.

All pieces of jewellery will be sent by delivery, using Royal Mail.  Free shipping is offered for orders over £100.00. 

For items in stock, fulfillment will be within 2 business days after receiving your order.  The usual delivery time is within 3 to 4 days.  Occasionally, there may be a delay in sending the order within the time frame, due to holidays.  You will be notified on the estimated delivery of your order in such an event. 

If a jewellery item is not in stock, do send me an email and I will let you know when the item is available again.

Great care is taken when we package your order.  The white Eco-friendly branded jewellery boxes, with a grey foam cushion, displays the jewellery elegantly and securely.  The box is then placed in a sturdy postal box; any extra space is filled with a wood dried shredded Eco-friendly package filler.  You will also find a useful silver polishing cloth in your package to keep your pieces shining.

With sustainability and design at the core of the business, Silver Deco Designs carries these values in working with Silver Metal Clay, as well as in its packaging.  We strive for 100% recycled content.
