Returns Policy: updated 6th April 2026
We have a 14- Days Returns Policy
- Buyers have 14 days after they physically received the jewellery piece to notify Silver Deco Designs by emailing us that you wish to return the item and the reason for your return request. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions how to send your package back to Silve Deco Designs.
- For hygienic reasons we unfortunately cannot accept earrings to be returned.
- Any bespoke jewellery pieces cannot be returned.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original package.
- We do not offer a free returns service.
- Please make sure you have proof of posting when returning an item to Silver Deco Designs.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged.
- Please note, that each piece of jewellery is handcrafted and due to the organic nature of silver metal clay, each item many vary slightly to the one pictured on the website. Working with Silver Metal Clay varies from the casting process of 925-Sterling Silver.
Refunds
- Notification will be sent to you once the item has been received and inspected, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the money will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
